To ensure that our company complies with state and federal regulations affecting the technology and IT services industry, we need the professional services of a Public Relations Specialist. This role is essential not only for maintaining transparent and effective communication with the public, clients, and regulatory bodies, but also for helping the company navigate compliance-related announcements, manage external messaging, and uphold our corporate reputation.​

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:​

 ​

Research and integrate industry news, trends, and compelling angles into PR programs, and deliver communications counsel to internal executives on both short-and long-term challenges and opportunities; ​

Develop and execute PR strategies to improve the public perception of our company as well as our trading platform BitMart, including creating campaigns to reach more clients, investors, and other audiences; ​

Curate customized campaigns and branding development solutions for our clients, conduct public opinion research, and generate client satisfactory reports for further improvements; ​

Prepare and review PR content for press releases, website updates, campaign materials, etc., and work and maintain relationships with media outlets such as newspapers, online platforms, radio, and TV networks in the US, China, South Korea, and other regions; ​

Maintain and update PR content for the company and BitMart’s variety of social media such as its official website, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, Reddit, Steemit, Instagram, Clubhouse, etc.; ​

Prepare responses for the company and clients to information queries from investors, media, clients, and the general public, including directly contacting key executives and direct staff to respond to day-to-day business inquiries; ​

Plan and manage communications and campaign budgets mentioned above, and make sure the program outcomes are compatible with the company’s public relations efforts.​

Minimum Requirements:          ​

 ​

• Master’s degree in public relations, communications, or equivalent fields​

• 12 months’ work experience in the same or a similar occupation​

 ​
